After checkout, you’ll receive an email with an instant download link. You can download your files directly to your computer, tablet or phone. If you create an account, you can also access your downloads from your account area anytime.

All patterns are delivered as PDF , DXF files. Most patterns come in A4 / US Letter tiled pages for home printing, and many include full-size sheets (A0 or similar) for print shops. Check each product description for the exact formats included.

Always print at 100% (actual size) with “fit to page” turned off. Each file includes a test square – measure it with a ruler after printing. If the test square size is correct, the pattern pieces will be accurate.

It depends on the pattern. Most LouisPatterns designs clearly state on the file and on the product page whether seam allowances are included or not. Please always double-check the notes on each pattern before cutting your leather.

Our catalog includes projects for complete beginners as well as advanced makers. Each product is tagged with a suggested skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and most patterns include step-by-step assembly guidance or diagrams.

Yes. You are allowed to sell handmade finished items created using LouisPatterns, in small to medium handmade quantities. However, you may not resell, share, or distribute the digital pattern files themselves in any form.

No. All LouisPatterns products are digital downloads only. Nothing physical will be shipped to you – this allows instant worldwide access with no customs, shipping costs or delivery delays.

Because our patterns are digital files that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience a problem with your download or file (corruption, wrong file, etc.), please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. For full details, please see our Refund Policy page.
