Digital Product Policy
All purchases from LousPatterns™ are final. Due to the electronic nature of digital files, we are unable to offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds and Returns

No Refunds: Once a digital sewing pattern is delivered, it cannot be refunded. Please ensure you review the product details before purchasing.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We’ll verify the transaction and refund the duplicate item.
